
- Firstly, clients are advised to obtain as much information as possible about EES, through our website, company page, and by contacting us with any further questions. Make sure you meet the client criteria.
- Download the client agreement, and complete it. It may be completed electronically and emailed to us, or printed and completed manually, sent to us by post or fax. Clients should include photo ID (Passport, Drivers License)
- Send funds to the EES trust account. Our trust account is used for clients to deposit funds with EES for all investment services. Funds may be deposited by certified check, bank wire, Pay Pal, or credit card. For all transactions other than bank wire, a small transaction fee may apply. With a bank wire, the funds will be immediately converted into New Zealand Dollars at the current spot rate (wholesale rate) unless otherwise instructed.
- Instruct EES on how you want your funds invested. The rules of this fund are NON-NEGOTIABLE. We charge no fees and take 50% of the profit at the first of every month. For more details about the account click here.

When we receive your application, we will contact you with the details provided to discuss the most feasible way to transfer your funds, and spend a few minutes discussing your objectives and investment history. Send money the cheapest way possible! If you are in New Zealand, you can setup EES as a Bill Pay and electronically transfer funds directly into our account, for about .50 NZD. If in the US, a bank cheque can be cashed without any fees, if you can wait a day or two. Also, send money in your domestic currency, do not let your bank exchange your dollars or euros into New Zealand Dollars!

Elite E Services Limited New Zealand (EES) is a New Zealand Resident Limited Company formed under the Companies Act. EES is not a financial institution nor does it employ financial advisors. This website is for informational purposes only, and does not promote any specific types of investments. EES is not a member of any financial organization in any country.

Clients must meet 1 of the following criteria:
- Must be an accredited investor; (defined by the U.S. S.E.C.) as an individual with a net worth of over one million dollars, or an annual income of over $200,000, and having previous experience with investments -OR-
- Close business associates (defined as those doing regular business with EES, or company partners) -OR-
- Friends and relatives (defined as long-term friends and immediate family of directors, employees, or partners of EES) -OR-
- Those with the primary business of investments (defined as professionals in the fields of finance, investments, trading, economics, monetary policy, or other finance / investment related fields, such as electronic trading) -OR-
- Any other associate reasonably seen not as a member of the general public

Clients open an account with Elite E Services. It is a discretionary account which means clients give EES the ability to trade their monies. It is NOT a brokerage account, we do not solicit orders from clients, buy and sell securities or contracts. The only control a client has over the account is to deposit and withdraw funds. The accounts are held in a bank trust account, and trading accounts are held by major banks in 3 market locations (Europe, US, and Australia).
At the first of every month profits will be sent to clients. Clients will also receive a performance report including a track record of trades placed and a brief analysis and summary of the month's activities, including a profit-loss breakdown. This process begins at the 1st of each month, although it may take up to 5 business days or more for clients to actually receive their information.
Although we are confident in our trading abilities, this is considered HIGH-RISK. Clients should only deposit funds that they feel comfortable LOSING.

ACCOUNT MINIMUM - The account minimum is $10,000 NZD - recommended investment is $50,000 NZD to $200,000 NZD.
CUSTOM PACKAGES - For clients wishing to invest over $1,000,000 we may discuss specific additional services and custom packages. This may include special risk tolerance or specific legal structures.
TAXES - Taxes are the responsibility of the clients, not of Elite E Services. Please seek professional counseling regarding tax issues, especially if you are out of the country.
PROFIT BASED COMMISSION - The commission rate on the account is 50%. This is a profit based commission, so if there is no profit we take nothing. While this may seem high, consider that other funds will charge a management fee of 1% or 2% regardless of their performance. Also consider that if we make a 10% profit in a month you are still netting 5% which may still be much higher than the competition. If there is a loss in a month, the loss rolls over to the next month so we have to make it back before taking any commission. Also other funds will charge a commission per trade, which we do not.
NO FEES - We charge no fees, including management fees, account deposit fees, or anything. Clients may incur bank fees charged by their bank or the correspondent bank when wiring money. These fees are not charged by us and can be avoided by using alternative methods of payment.
DISCRETIONARY ACCOUNT - A discretionary account means we have the absolute right to trade funds as we see fit, in any capacity, in any market. This gives us the flexibility to trade the markets as movements develop, without worrying about legal issues. If you feel in any way uncomfortable with this, there are thousands of registered mutual funds, hedge funds, and investment houses offering various levels of directed investment (for example a fund which invests soley in tech stocks).
Clients of Elite E Services can, if they so choose, receive market information from us regarding analysis and commentary we are looking at when developing strategies.
Clients have access to our partner network, information sources, research, and updated information on fresh projects and ideas.
Through our partner network we have investment vehicles for private clients wishing to invest in growth markets such as China, including YUAN investment.
Trading strategies based on moves in the SPOT FOREX market, that develop in real time. We do not have a long-term strategy. We do not trade futures, options, bonds, or other derivatives.
Only major currencies are traded, including the Euro, British Pound, Swiss Franc, Yen, US Dollar, Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, and Canadian Dollar. We may trade gold, which is a play against the US Dollar. We do NOT trade Korean Wan, Hong Kong Dollars, or any other currency, because they have smaller liquidity and are more susceptible to local political influences.

At the first of every month profits will be sent to clients. Every 6 months a full audited trading history or 'track record' will be made and audited using forensic accounting.

Funds cannot 'accumulate' in your account. If you invest $50,000 and there is a profit of $2,000 - the profits will be sent to you every month.

Our commissions are totally transparent to clients. We take a profit based commission from the profit we make by trading.
At any time clients may request their funds returned. We recommend clients allow at least 6 months for us to trade and show a decent return. However, for any reason clients may request their money back and receive the immediate balance returned back within 3 - 5 working days. It is possible clients may receive their funds back immediately (within 24 hours), but this totally depends on how the funds are sent and how long it takes to get them. As soon as EES is informed of the request the process is started immediately. For this reason we recommend clients to have an account at the Bank of New Zealand, in which case we can send funds immediately using internet banking.
